2. All orders are proccessed within 48 hours.
3. Purchases will be couriered within 3 to 7 working days via TA-Q-Bin or Airpak Express.
4. Back-ordered or pre-ordered items, normally take 14 days to ship but can stretch to 30 days in some cases.
5. All catalogued items are genuine products supplied by brands' authorised dealers.
6. All listed retail prices are regulated by the respective brands.
7. Any discounted prices offered are pre-approved by the brands and/or authorised dealers.
8. WOWLOUD Webstore upholds product warranties as stipulated by the respective brands.
